You may even see Orcas from your window, if you’re lucky.

This place is in the perfect location, right in the middle of mainland Shetland, 10 minutes drive from Lerwick. The house is nicely tucked away behind various rural crofts, on the sea front with access to a private beach.
The living room boasts a big window looking right out onto the water. Sit in front of the fire, drinking your favourite beverage and simply watch the world go by.
The kitchen is fully kitted out with all you’ll need to make your favourite meal. You just need to bring the ingredients. Check our guidebook (coming soon) on where to get your supplies.
Photographs taken locally are framed and dotted around the house so you can get a feel for the array of gorgeous Shetland wildlife.
There is a second common space, at the other end of the house, where you can relax and read a book, play board games, or even set up office and work from home. The internet connection is excellent and perfect for working away from home.
There is a private pebble beach about 40ft away. So you can even get your feet wet, if that’s your jam. Take a disposable bbq down there and enjoy alfresco dining in the freshest of air. You’ll sleep like a baby.
Pets do not allow / unless requested directly to the host.
We strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. To maintain this standard, we ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon checkout.
Please note: An additional cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in an excessively messy condition or requires extra cleaning beyond the usual turnover.

Unauthorised late check out or early check in will be charged to you if not agreed in writing as this causes issues with our cleaning teams.
