Please note: An additional cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in an excessively messy condition or requires extra cleaning beyond the usual turnover.

This includes but is not limited to:
Excessive garbage
Unwashed dishes
Stains on carpets or furniture
Damage to property.

Unauthorised late check out or early check in will be charged to you if not agreed in writing as this causes issues with our cleaning teams.
